5.0 What is "IAC", and what does it have to do with Acrobat?

IAC stands for Inter-Application Communication and it takes the form of DDE, OLE, and AppleScript, depending on the operating system. Acrobat,and several plug-ins, provide developer kits which allow access via one,or all of the listed protocols.
