NetCharts is licensed on a IP address of Server basis, allowing users to service an unlimited number of clients across the Internet or a corporate Intranet. ChartExpress is licensed on a per IP address for a computer.  The following license categories and rates apply:
 

NetFactory Development Kit - $1,195.00

 
The NetFactory Development Kit includes everything needed by either a HTML-author or Java developer to use NetCharts and ChartExpress within an HTML document, CGI script, Java applet or Java Application. Specifically, it includes the following:

• Class Library,
• Over 50 Chart Examples,
• User Documentation,
• Programmer Documentation,
• 1 NetCharts Server license, and
• 1 ChartExpress User license.

 
Generally, the NetCharts server license (designated by IP address) is used for the development server within an organization. ChartExpress is licensed (designated by IP address) for a single computer.  Additional NetCharts production server licenses and ChartExpress user licenses can be purchased at a later time if the resulting applications are deployed onto other servers or if additional development servers are needed. (You can also move licenses from one server to another at no extra charge.)

This license allows NetCharts to be used on a single server, designated by an IP address upon purchase. Any number of HTML documents, applets or applications can include the applets and any number of end-users can access the applets via the designated server.
